“Xpress Money” is the money remittance brand of Xpress Money Services Limited (“XMSL”) a private company incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”) with registered number 00000113, having its office at Unit 209-210, 11 Floor, Al Sarab Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

XMSL is authorised and regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA”) to provide money services, with Financial Services Permission Number 170033.

XMSL operates the money remittance service through its network of clients. XMSL does not directly deal with individuals or natural persons.

XMSL clients are banks, money transfer operators, or other financial institutions globally (duly licensed by the respective regulators for sourcing and/or paying out remittance transactions). “Send Clients” are XMSL clients that initiate remittance transactions from the sender (Send Transaction) while “Receive Clients” are XMSL Clients that process remittance transactions to a receiver. XMSL clients may be a Send Client, a Receive Client, or both. XMSL facilitates money remittance between its Send Clients and Receive Clients.

Xpress Money transactions can be sent from any Send Client location. The money remittance can be sent to the receiver for cash pick up at any Receive Client Location or credited to the designated bank account, mobile wallet, or pre-paid card of the receiver

The company based in the UK by the name Xpress Money Services Limited (even though it bears the same name) has no functional, governance, or shareholding relationship with XMSL. We understand that the UK entity (regulated by the FCA) is currently in administration. XMSL is a distinct entity based in ADGM and licensed and regulated by the FSRA.
